November in Motion: Swap Meet Sunday, Season of Gratitude & What's Coming This Winter
/
See You at the Bike Swap Meet This Sunday!
The San Diego Velodrome Bike Swap Meet is Sunday, November 8, and San Diego VeloYouth will be there. Find us at Site F204 and come by to say hi to Matt and the crew!
Thank you to everyone who donated bikes, helmets, clothing, tools and parts this season. Your generosity keeps good gear rolling and directly supports our programs.
Thank You to Our Drop-Off Partners
A big thank-you to Revolution Bike Shop (Solana Beach), Adams Avenue Bicycles (San Diego) and MJ's Cyclery (San Diego) for giving our donations a home this season. Stop in and tell them VeloYouth sent you!
VeloYouth at Montgomery High School
Our Montgomery students are still on the track this month, building skills, confidence and teamwork one lap at a time.
A Season of Gratitude
As Thanksgiving approaches, we're thankful for our riders, families, coaches, volunteers, school partners, and every supporter who believes in what happens when a young person gets on a bike.
Mark Your Calendar: Giving Tuesday, December 1
Giving Tuesday is a global day of generosity, and we'll be part of it. Watch for ways to support San Diego VeloYouth and LifeYou after Thanksgiving.
Help Us Open a Door
LifeYou is looking for businesses interested in hosting students for Career Day in Spring 2027. What business would you recommend? Let us know here.
Coming This Winter
New winter classes are on the way for both VeloYouth and LifeYou. We're excited to begin working with Palomar High School and to welcome back Montgomery High School. More details coming soon!
Because of you, they keep going. Because of you, they believe they can. Thank you for investing in their ride and their future.
